日本の社会課題解決において、海外財団や富裕層・ファミリーオフィスが資金調達の選択肢として議論されることは少ないのではないでしょうか。本セッションでは、海外財団のアジア担当者やフィランソロピーアドバイザーを招き、日本の社会課題に対する国際的な財団の関与の現状と実践例を検証します。その上で、より良い連携の方策を探り、財団が求める要件や支援を得るためのヒントを提示します。さらに、海外財団を日本のインパクト・エコシステムにどう組み込むかを議論し、新たな協働の可能性を探ります。

In Japan’s efforts to address social issues, international foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices are rarely considered as funding sources. This session will bring together Asia-based representatives from global foundations and philanthropy advisors to examine the current involvement of international foundations in tackling Japan’s social challenges. We will explore strategies for strengthening collaboration, clarify the requirements these foundations seek in potential partners, and provide insights on securing support. Additionally, we will discuss how to integrate global foundations into Japan’s impact ecosystem and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
